Java Developer

We are seeking a backend java developer for our Analyze product. The role involves development, design, and maintenance of a component for acquiring database metadata and profiling data from multiple different databases. The primary focus will be in developing an integration test suite for the component against all supported database types.

Requirements:

• 3+ years relevant professional experience
• You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience
• You have experience with Java and JDBC
• You have experience with multiple different types of databases: RDBMs, Columnar Stores, etc.
• You have experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and test development.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will Design, develop, and maintain existing application components which acquire database metadata and profiling data from multiple data sources.
• You will Work in an agile team environment to deliver incremental enhancements to the product.
• You will Develop automated unit and integration tests to components.
• You will Assist support and services teams in diagnosing product issues encountered by the customers.
• Other duties may be assigned.
