You would join well established Globallogic Zagreb team of 15 team members, cooperating with leading automotive software company.

We are seeking for a senior Java developer to work in a field of automotive software development. The scope of work is software configuration tools development and optimization of car communication paths including transformation of XML descriptions into C language (code generation).

You would work on projects which allow our AUTOSAR basic software (operating system) to be used in heterogeneous ECUs such that

resource consumption regarding memory footprint and CPU load is minimized.

Requirements:

You are a Developer or an Engineer with at least 4 years of commercial experience in:

• Expertise with Java programming for at least 3 years
• Coding with application of best practices in software development (unit-tests, code reviews, continuous integration, etc.)
• Understanding of Design Patterns
• Autonomous, analytic, and structured way of working
• Self-confident team player

Additional SKILLS, which are not mandatory:

• University degree in computer science or a similar field
• Knowledge of object-oriented design, UML, XML and Eclipse
• Know-how of embedded C, C++, SQL and Python
• Interest in algorithms and solving mathematical problems.
