Senior C#/WPF UI developer

Our client is the company which produces the best point-of-care ultrasound (US) systems in the world. Globallogic team performed development of Presentation and UI layer for modern Ultrasound diagnostics device family that will come to the market in the nearest year or two while clients dev team focused on creating core sensor interactions functionality and business logic. The UI of the application is designed in XAML language. GL team will work in tight interaction with the customer’s dev team. Overall number of developers and QA engaged to this project is over 10 people on both sides.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• 4-6 years of commercial applications development experience
• Good experience in WPF UI development
• Good experience with C++/CLI
• Understanding of fundamental software design patterns and data structures
• General knowledge of working with technology specifications
• Good communication and people skills
• Upper Intermediate of English

Preferences:

• XAML, Healthcare-Medical Devices, Unit Testing

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, maintainable, and easy-to-understand code
• UI development (WPF)
• Help with fixing of broken items in the test framework (C++/CLI)
• Create unit tests for features to ensure their quality
• Implement feature requests based on thorough investigation, bug reports, team discussions, planning, testing, and reviews.
• Defects fixing

Nice to to have

• Good experience working with formal requirements and requirements management tools like JAMA or similar
• Familiar with software development process that compliant with FDA and HIPAA regulations
• Risk assessment and analysis
