Our team is working on the solution for customer support. We unified various means of communication including chat and video to deliver the ease-of-use and rich features set. We deal with complex engineering problems, big integrations projects, and complex non-trivial UI. We are looking to expand our team. Someone who is personable, goal-oriented, team player. Requirements:
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA
- Networking testing experience with application protocols, like HTTP/HTTPS, Windows server (at least one of those)
- High experience in testing cross-platform/cross-browser web-based solution
- Experience testing client-server solutions (web services like IIS)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
- Skills in the creation of Test Documentation (test cases, checklists, etc.)
- Technical background and grasp, analytical mind with strong investigation skills
- Good problem-solving abilities and a strong passion to learn new things
- Proactiveness and strong communication skills
- English: Intermediate Strong level
