Senior Python Developer

Our Client is a Fortune 500 company and is one of the biggest global manufacturing companies operating in the fields of industrial systems, worker safety, health care, and consumer goods. The project we are developing is a corporate crowdfunding platform that will encourage the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among the Client’s employees. The system to focus on the modern technology stack, user-centric design and advanced solutions including Blockchain.

Requirements:

• Excellent understanding of different architecture paradigms, like Microservices
• Hands-on experience in back-end development in Python
• Experience in AWS
• Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design
• Experience with projects involving integration of disparate types of technologies and platforms
• Deep understating of development processes
• Ability to work in experimental and startup-like environment, with very close customer collaboration
• Efficient communication skills, strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in building project documentation systems and development lifecycles
• Experience or knowledge in front end development (React) will be a plus

• ALGORITHMS, Machine Learning, ReactJS

Job Responsibilities:

• Hands-on activities in full-cycle of engineering activities on the project from participation in solution design, development, testing and deployment
• Implementing Microservices-based architecture solutions;
• Analyze requirements and design solution blueprints with high-level sequence/component diagrams
• Collaboration with SW Architect on software architecture design based on requirements
• Develop high-level technical documentation
• Provide input on technical risks resolution
• Provide input on development processes
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams, help in searching for solutions and resolving issues
• Communicate with PM, PO, other engineers, architects, QA and other colleagues and stakeholders
• Participation in delivering the product roadmap, plannings, creation of estimations;
• Promote high coding standards, engineering best practices and write highly testable and performant code to the team members.
