4G/5G Modem Firmware Developer C/C++

Our customer is a 4G LTE/5G chipmaker and leading provider of single-mode LTE chipset solutions to wireless device manufacturers worldwide. Within the Software team, you will be responsible for system architecture definition, SW development & validation. You will interface with other teams (validation, DSP, integration) and participate in SW specifications definition related to the project: LTE/5G.

Requirements:

• C/C++ programming
• Good knowledge on real time OS
• Knowledge in one of 2G/3G/LTE/5G is mandatory (3GPP)
• Experience in L1/L3
• Knowledge on Signal processing is a plus
• Experience in power saving is a plus
• Fast learning capabilities, highly motivated, self-starter, autonomous
• Interested in challenges of new technologies and novel algorithms
• Ability to work in a fast moving and multicultural environment
• Team player, commitment & customer focus
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, fluent English

Preferences:

• DSP

Job Responsibilities:

• SW design (documentation)
• SW development on LTE and 5G stack (PDCP, RLC, MAC, L1, RRC, NAS, SDAP)
• SW maintenance
• Unitary testing (target & simulation) to ensure SW deliveries quality
