Senior Software Developer C++ – MacOS

For our customer, a leading enterprise security solution company, operating mainly with cloud we are looking for Software Engineer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Applications with 5 – 9 years of professional work experience
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience on MAC
• Having hands-on development knowledge on Windows is also preferred.
• Solid understanding of MAC OS internals
• Strong experience in object-oriented programming using C++
• Knowledge of Swift language is preferable
• Demonstrated skills in OS concepts, Algorithms, and Design patterns
• Good knowledge of Cloud platforms & Networking protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTP2
• SSL/TLS
• Should have excellent debugging, troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in handling second-level support of customer escalations.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and software security is preferred.
• Outside the box thinker. Applies innovation and creativity to provide solutions for complex customer problems in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Experience with Quality aspects and testing/automation/scripting is desired
• Good communication skills
• Advanced verbal and written English

Job Responsibilities:

• Own, and maintain high-quality code for our customer’s secure proxy solution – sustenance as well as feature work.
• Write code as per product requirements.
• Being aware of current technology trends & factoring this into current design and implementation.
• Identifies, recommends, coordinates, deliver timely knowledge to the teams regarding technologies, processes, and tools.
• Acts as the ambassador and technical representative while engaging with other technical leaders in the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions.
• Provide strong technical support on day-to-day work challenges, sustenance, and BAU duties.
• Able to support strongly on development/troubleshooting/quality/automation.
