Junior XSLT Developer

Job Description
We are building a digital supply chain for the distribution of TV shows. Having multiple applications across the enterprise in a hybrid cloud environment we need to design, develop and implement integrating solutions. Existing components and systems should be evaluated to determine the best overall process.
Existing application blocks are:
- Rights management;
- Finance management;
- Control transcoding system;
- Digital media system etc.
The integration between application blocks needs to exchange data with other systems. This data exchange happens via XML documents. To enable the communication XSLT transformations need to be defined.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of strong XSLT development skills with very good exposure to sibling technologies (XML, XPATH, XQuery).
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate the same effectively within the team.
- The position will include interaction with the software development group to transform, convert, and maintain XSL and XML for web sites.
- Familiar with an Agile methodology
- At least intermediate English level
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Java is a big plus
- Knowledge of HTML,CSS, web services.
- Being familiar with REST, UNIX, Javascript, SQL/relational databases.
- Understanding of messaging technologies, Apache Kafka, Active MQ, Artemis MQ
- Experience working with containers
- Expertise in developing asynchronous, no-blocking microservices.
- Understanding of Enterprise Integration Architecture patterns and working knowledge of Enterprise
- Familiarity with Consul, Jaeger is a plus
Preferences:
- Consul, Kafka, Java, SQL
Job Responsibilities:

- Create interfaces to exchange structured data within a customer’s system landscape.
