Java Developer

We are looking for a cloud developer to integrate the Dataops platform Production Efficiency team. The team is in charge of supporting the production and addressing scalability, reliability and resilience issues of the Dataops platform. We are looking for a developer mastering Spring, Java, Docker and experienced with kubernetes and with backends such as mongoDB and Postgres. The developer will be in charge to investigate and address reliability and scalability issues. The ideal candidate should show particular interest in issue investigation, log and metrics analysis, improving product robustness. She or he should be well-versed with the entire software development lifecycle. Apart from possessing strong technical skills, she or he should be open to technical and non technical options that will help improve the product. Dataops platform is developed in Java with Spring Boot. It uses Docker, Kubernetes and modern CI / CD technology. The backends in use are PostgreSQL, AMQ, MongoDB, Minio, Nexus and Kafka. About the project Our client is one of the leading companies on the market which provides Big Data, Data Integration, Data Preparation and Enterprise Application Integration software and services. Its products allow to build data integration processes, migrate data safely, process big amounts of data, cleanse data and check its quality. Requirements: At least around 3 years of practical experience in software development Interest in issues investigation and analysis Willingness to work in a large organisation In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Java, Spring and Docker Ability to communicate smoothly, effectively and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
