The team setup is Team Extension. The process is Scaled Agile with good support of internals tools and well-established Scrum rituals.

A lot of verbal and written communication with US team members.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work in a dynamic Agile/Scrum-based environment.

2. Participate in team’s Scrum rituals

3. Responsible for the SW Development on the Ukrainian side

4. Unit Tests creation

5. Coordinate with local and remote Developers, Testers, Product Owner and other stakeholders

6. User story breakdown, discussing and suggesting technical solutions
