Trainee Technical Writter

Description:

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will work closely with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and other experts to ensure the quality and accuracy of the content and present information for greatest reader comprehension.

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• Experience in writing, proofreading, and editing
• Experience in creating technical documentation and/or developer outreach for a developer audience
• Experience in Confluence
• Ability to produce and organize content with a logical flow
• Experience with authoring tools such as MS Office, XML, HTML, Markdown
• Ability to work with visual content (infographics) and video content
• Attention to details
• Ability to cope with routine work
• Team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Be part of a team responsible for quality, discoverability, and accuracy of the content, for both internal and external technologies.
• Do hands-on research and obtain necessary technical content from subject matter experts while translating it into clear, concise, and structured documentation.
• Create and maintain internal and external documentation for technologies and tools used.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure quality, discoverability and accuracy of the content you create and develop.
• Design, write, and edit technical and process documentation.
• Create visual content (infographics, video content, presentation for internal and external events).
• Navigate through multiple platforms such as Web, iOS, and Android.
