Senior iOS Developer

Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who will provide an on-going TAG support for GlobalLogic Sweden.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment

• Knowledge of Swedish IT Market

• Knowledge of direct search methods and sources

• Experience in conducting and coordinating recruitment processes independently

• Openness and creative approach to recruitment activities

• Experience in planning and executing Employer Branding activities

• Fluent English (spoken and business writing) and Swedish (spoken and business writing).

• Experience in working in an international environment will be a plus

• Knowledge of other EU IT Markets will be a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and conducting recruitment process for IT positions

• Active direct candidate sourcing

• Pre-selection of candidates and conducting interviews

• Initiatives with proposing new ways of reaching candidates

• Creating and posting recruitment ads

• Building long-term relations with candidates

• Supporting Sales and Delivery team through preparation of analysis and estimations of candidates market

• Monitoring of ongoing recruitment projects and providing continuous support for recruitment team and Delivery management
