Requirements:

    • We are looking for Level 3 Support engineers to handle customer requests in Europe timezones
    • 2+ year experience in Support Services (Service Desk, Help Desk) as L2/L3 engineer
    • Client-oriented point of view
    • High level of English, both written and spoken
    • Technical education
    • Experience working with databases, SQL knowledge; experience with web testing (front and back-end), ability to investigate(trace) and analyze logs
    • Knowledge of regular expressions will be a plus
    • Ability to handle business correspondence
    • good understanding of the product lifecycle and the parties involved
    • High speed of typing
    • Experience with Jira and confluence will be a plus
    • Experience of communication with native speakers will be an advantage
    • Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00 – 18.00

Job Responsibilities:

    • Receive and triage incoming support request from clients
    • Take ownership on and drive client issue till resolution without close supervision
    • Interact directly with the stakeholders (end users, Support Lead from the client, development and QA teams) and provide Level 3 technical support
    • Resolve issues in a timely manner defined in SLA
    • Document problems and corresponding solutions(knowledge base maintenance)
