The Program consists of multiple projects in the Unified Communications domain that are developed for the world’s leading mobile carriers, banks, hospitals and more. You will have an opportunity to grow your skills by working in a team of professionals covering all aspects of the engineering and management process.

Requirements:

    • 2+ years of software development experience
    • 4+ years of project management experience
    • Experience in managing a team of 30+ engineers working on different projects/products
    • Deep domain expertise in the in specific industry, as well as solid knowledge of key technologies for that domain
    • Advanced writing and speaking English
    • Experience in talking directly to business and understanding business priorities
    • Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments
    • Orientation towards proactivity and autonomy
    • Experience driving pre-sale activities
    • Proven experience in establishing and tailoring project process
    • Team player able to demonstrate team growth and improvements
    • Ability to work and communicate with Client’s team located in USA and attend occasional late meetings

Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage the Program consisting of several projects that employ 60+ engineers
    • Ensure that Program adds value to the customer’s business
    • Work as a peer to customer’s VP level, build relations with customer’s leadership team
    • Ensure seamless delivery on the projects in scope of the Program
    • Monitor statuses of the projects within the Program and report on them
    • Identify and manage major risks and issues, address and prevent the issues from negatively impacting the Program
    • Grow GL’s team leads and rely on them in day to day duties
    • Establish and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders
    • Contribute to establishing, enforcing and improvement of Software Development policies and procedures to constantly improve operational effectiveness
    • Participate in pre-sale activities
