Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience in Software Development (Engineering or QA background)
    • 2+ years of experience in Project and/or Delivery Management
    • 1+ years of experience in managing projects with 30+ FTE
    • 1+ years of experience in managing manager(s)
    • Proficient in setting up Software Development and QA processes
    • Advanced level of English
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with the team
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to take responsibility for the tasks realization and high-quality assurance
    • Effective communication skills (related to both task realization and progress reporting)
    • Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative

Job Responsibilities:

Delivery

      • Ensure overall project status is on track
      • Ensure quality of delivery is on the expected level
      • Keep teams’ performance on the expected level
      • Ensure communication with the customer is effective and transparent 
      • Ensure integration between a Client & GL teams is on the expected level
      • Ensure technical and agile skillset is on the expected level

Operation

      • Make sure all reports are regular/timely and compliant
      • Drive improvement initiatives
      • Drive BCP
      • Drive Program / Lab level activities
      • Client’s visit management
      • General location related questions

HR activities

      • Drive Career Development program for employees
      • Drive resource retention activities
      • Drive newcomers’ adaptation 

Recruitment

    • Drive the staffing process
    • Take part in interviews for key roles
    • Own the process of candidate tracking
    • Recruitment quality and progress analysis
