Requirements:

      • 4+ years of experience in software testing;
      • Good Requirement analysis skills;
      • Strong troubleshooting and time-management skills;
      • Ability to communicate and consult on technical questions;
      • Strong understanding of the QA/QC process;
      • Good understanding of quality assurance and software testing theory (Regression/sanity/re-test testing, testing types, test design technique)
      • Good knowledge and understanding of the software testing methodologies and techniques;
      • Good defect finding and reporting skills;
      • Has theoretical knowledge of estimation process and methods;
      • Create, manage, and control test documentation (checklist, bug report, test case, etc. );
      • Fast learning
      • Problem-solving and logical thinking
      • English: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;

Job Responsibilities:

    • Participate in the requirements analysis and definition of the test specifications;
    • Participate in test execution and bug reporting;
    • Participate in the analysis and diagnosis of regular system regression tests;
    • Participate in the investigation of complex issues;
    • Mentoring and supervising of the team members;
    • Production of supporting internal documentation;
    • Cooperate with the development team to follow up bug resolution;
