Senior Java Software Engineer

Our Client is a leading company in large number of enterprise domains. The Client’s mission is to help people see data in new ways, discover insights, unlock endless possibilities. It develops best-of-breed Telco solutions that bring pre-integrated and interoperable solutions together for secure, scalable and simplified delivery of multi-modal communications.

The project is targeted to work in Telco Billing and Charging space.

Requirements:

Must have:

• 5+ years with Java 8• Spring Framework, JavaBeans, JMS
• Hands-on experience working with any RDBMS, PL/SQL
• Experience with multi-threaded/multi-process applications
• Software analysis and design knowledge/experience• CI/CD experience, Agile SDLC
• Knowledge of Design Patterns
• Read and write technical documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working on large scale, complex systems

Good to have:

• REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience in Web Technologies – HTML, CSS, JQuery, XML, JSON
• Experience in Apache Camel,Kafka
• Telecom domain knowledge in any of the BSS Functional components Billing, Rating, Invoicing, Mediation, Interconnect Billing Settlement
• Understanding of Cloud Native concepts

• The Software Engineer will effectively and efficiently perform the design and development of enhancements to the product suite, solving challenging technical problems using the best practices and standards for software development across the business to meet customer specifications.
• Working within defined development processes and adhering to coding standards, you’ll perform the technical software design of distributed, scalable systems for enterprise customers.
• Keeping relevant technical knowledge up to date, you will work to agreed timescales, cost and quality standards and ensure that issues are removed and problems are resolved to ensure the success of the wider project.
