Job Responsibilities
- Siebel 8.1.1.9 & 8.1.1.11 on Windows 2008 64 bit version and Oracle 12 C In-Memory option
- Innovation Pack 2013 & 2014 installation & Incremental Repository Merge (IRM)
- Siebel Web Tools for easy and faster deployments.
- Oracle Sales Cloud (Service and Marketing) / Oracle RightNow integration with Siebel.
- Data Quality Manager and Siebel Integration expert.(EAI as well as EIM)
- Configuration, Assignment, Workflows, Wireless experience using Siebel Tools.
- Siebel inbound and outbound integrations using Siebel EAI (Integration objects/data map /workflows and business service. (XML /WSDL)) for TIBCO Siebel adapter 5.3.4
- Comfortable with scripting Siebel application using VB script as well as eScript.
- Highly Proficient in Data conversion and Data Mapping using SIEBEL EIM.
- Involved in performance tuning activities of Siebel application on Oracle 9i as well as 10g with cost base optimizer as well as 11.2.0.3
- Upgrade experience from
- Siebel 7.7.2.4 to Siebel 7.7.2.8
- Siebel 7.5.3 to Siebel 7.7.1
- Siebel 7.7.2.8 to Siebel 8.1.1.9
- Siebel 8.1.1.9 to Siebel 8.1.1.11 with Innovation Pack 2013 & 2014.
- Installation & Administration of Siebel Enterprise Server 8.x, 7.7.x, 7.5.x, 7.0.1 Siebel Server Component, Siebel Client and Remote Administration setup.
- Hands on experience on Siebel Business Rules (Haley Authority business rules), Business Process Framework i.e. Task UI, Open UI, and CRM Desktop.
- Hands on experience on TIBCO designer 5.3 version and involved in configuration of TIBCO Siebel adapter invoking Siebel integration object, workflow, business service and business component since past 3 years.
- PL/SQL and SQL using Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase
- Around 8 yrs of experience in Oracle 8i / 9i / 10g & 11g DBA (Semantic Web) and ASM
- Hands on experience on Enterprise Architectural tools like SPARX with TOGAF extension.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
